I have had such a wonderful experience every time I have visited this location! The staff is the friendliest you can find, Cassie especially! She really helped me navigate the menu (which has so many yummy options) and I ended up more than satisfied with her suggestion to try the new sauced tenders. The restaurant itself was spotless also- which i feel like is not something you see these days. Cassie and her staff are excelling at running this place!! 10/10 recommend every time!!

Brand new building and she beautiful, parking lot is clean and nice. Lots of staff on hand including who I believe is the owner. Nice to see that. KFC has some of the best chicken. I do miss the grilled chicken, but this fried is so tasty. Keep up the nice positive attitudes guys.

This is a very late review, but wanted to share my experience with this K.F.C. location. A little history here first off this K.F.C. has been around since 1984 when my family and I moved to Colorado Springs. Things around this K.F.C. has changed since then. The restaurant has been remodeled to a more modern look when I lasted visited the Springs area in 2019 before moving to Minnesota. With that said. Employees in the 80s and 90s have been excellent, and food was hot and fresh. Hope the same is true in 2026? Have fond memories of this place.

Okay I'm not exaggerating when I say this. This IS the BEST KFC in Co Springs. No joke. Every time I got here, the food is hot, the chicken is juicy, everything is made fresh, and you can tell the people here care. Erik, GG and David are an amazing team. GG is always so kind and helpful and actually acknowledges you when you walk in the door! AND literally offers you a drink while you wait for your order! What? Then when you want sauces, the sauces aren't charged at $1 per sauce, they actually ask you what you want and don't charge you! This is unheard of in fast food. Usually if I want sauce it turns into WW3 to get any, and you have to pay an extra $5+ to get the sauces you actually want. The inside is actually clean! So you can sit at a table and eat rather than sitting in someone else's crumb fest. No thanks. The generosity and thoughtfulness and attention to detail here is bar none. They literally make my entire day whenever I go here, I will drive 20 minutes out of the way JUST so I can go to this location! THIS is how KFC is supposed to be. As you see the sandwich they gave me looked better than the commercials!! And it tasted absolutely incredible. It was piping hot, and juicy and you could tell someone takes their job seriously. Please disregard every review that's older than a year, there is a new team here and they are kicking butt. If every kfc was like this one, I think they would have taken over the world by now. No joke. Thanks you guys for working hard, it shows!

I'm a difficult customer I like my food my way and very specific. At other kfc they mess up a lot this one does not. Everything is always good separated into the boxes I ask for all with still being nice. I don't go to any other kfc period. I could be right next to the one I work by but will still drive the 20 minutes to this they're that good

All the food came out fast and was fresh. I never know what I want when I go places but they helped by giving me ideas and made it a lot easier amazing service.
